No. The calculator gives an estimated starting range. Final pricing depends on photos, exact size, condition, access, and any add-ons you choose. We always provide a written quote before any work begins.
Why do packages cost less than booking everything separately?
Bundles reduce travel and setup time. When we're already on-site doing multiple services, we can pass those savings along to you. The more you bundle, the better the value.
Do you offer realtor or listing prep packages?
Yes — we have three dedicated Realtor packages starting at $299. These are designed for fast scheduling, photography-day prep, and maximum curb appeal impact before a listing goes live.
Can I book just one service?
Absolutely. Single services start at $99. That said, the best value usually comes from bundling two or more services — like a driveway wash and seal, or pressure washing and lawn care. Our calculator will suggest the best match.
How fast can you complete listing prep?
Most Realtor Base and Premium packages can be completed within 2–3 business days of booking. Priority scheduling (24–48 hours) is available for an additional 15%. Contact us directly for same-day availability.
