Are the package prices final?
No. Package prices shown are estimated starting ranges. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, access, and any add-ons. We always provide a written quote before any work begins.
Why do packages cost less than booking everything separately?
Bundles reduce travel and setup time. When we're already on-site doing multiple services, we can pass those savings along to you. The more you bundle, the better the value — up to 8% off.
Do you offer realtor or listing prep packages?
Yes — we have three dedicated Realtor packages starting at $299. These are designed for fast scheduling, photography-day prep, and maximum curb appeal impact before a listing goes live.
Can I book just one service?
Absolutely. Single services start at $99 for walkway/patio washing and $150 for driveway washing. That said, the best value usually comes from bundling — our calculator will suggest the best match for your selections.
How fast can you complete listing prep?
Most Realtor Base and Premium packages can be completed within 2–3 business days of booking. Priority scheduling (24–48 hours) is available for an additional 15%. Contact us directly for same-day availability.
