How quickly can you come out for a quote?
In most GTA areas we can schedule an on-site assessment within 2–3 business days. For urgent requests — particularly for real estate listings — call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you the same day or next day.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. For most exterior services — pressure washing, driveway sealing, lawn care — we don't need access to the interior. As long as we can access the areas being serviced, you're free to be out. We'll send before and after photos by text or email when the job is done.
How does driveway sealing hold up in Ontario winters?
We use professional-grade coal tar or acrylic sealants rated for Canadian freeze-thaw cycles. When applied correctly in the right temperatures (above 10°C), a properly sealed driveway typically lasts 3–5 years before resealing is needed. We'll tell you honestly if your driveway isn't a good candidate for sealing.
Can I book recurring lawn maintenance?
Yes — we offer bi-weekly lawn mowing and maintenance plans throughout the season (typically May through October). These can be added to any package or booked as a standalone service. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and consistent crew assignment.
Do you offer discounts for real estate agents or multiple properties?
Yes. We have preferred pricing for real estate agents who refer clients regularly and volume pricing for landlords and property managers with multiple properties. Reach out directly to discuss a recurring service agreement — we're happy to work out something that makes sense for your portfolio.
